At the moment, tags are the only way group content. For a large amount of content, it becomes very clunky. A folder structure within the Media Library will greatly easy the organization of the content.

By far the biggest frustration with my many students is when they try to reset a password. They simply cannot understand the concept of "copy and paste this link into browser" Every other site uses a simple "enter your email and request a reset" Then they can click a reset link from their inbox. Very quick and effective. Please consider revamping this procedure.

Is it possible for the log in button to be removed from the checkout page as I keep having existing students having issues with it, if they've forgotten their password they have to reset it which is a barrier to purchase. I have already had to remove the recaptcha from the page as that was causing issues. I have purchased products from other platforms as an existing student and don't have to log in to buy them. We could all be potentially losing sales because of this

Any sign-up for a free course or lead magnet would first get an email with a verification link, and only upon clicking this link the email would be verified and have access to a free course or lead magnet. This is not legally required but it helps filter out fake email addresses. And since many folks are convinced that it's required by GDPR, it adds seriousness to our site.

I discovered, unwittingly, that when a user unenrolls or is booted from a program by the system "all his data in the course, including course progress, will be removed, including quiz inputs." This data is non-recoverable. Not only is this terrible best practice for data management and an absolute nightmare for situations where this was done inadvertently, but it also exposes creators to massive legal risk. This issue needs to be addressed immediately. Can you imagine if someone sues a creator for non-delivery of services and I have absolutely zero proof that the program was being delivered to them and they were engaging with it? Following are some recommendations. 1) Data should NEVER be deleted without express authorization from the data owner, which includes the site admins. 2) Any unenrollment should be reversible. Progress in a program can be reset or reinstated. 3) Answers to quizzes and surveys should remain accessible.

It would be great to be able to store pricings but keep them deactivated so they don't show in the checkout. This way is easier to manage special offers, discounts, etc, without having to create and delete prices all the time. Also, would be amazing to be able to have secrect pricings, (active, but not shown in the check out) to send private links for specific customers/campaigns, etc, without the price showing in the official page.

I dont understand why the emails inside of an automation, even when set up as a specific date, are sent to people joining the funnel, when the date has already passed. I.e. If I have an automation for suscribers to heat them before a webinar, it makes no sense to me that if someone joins the funnel one day before the webinar, they recieve lets say 7 previous emails, sent in the 2 weeks prior, all at once. So I have to be manually setting into draft the emails when the date has passed to avoid it (so not very automated then) I think there should be an automatic option asking if I would like the already sent emails of the funnel be sent to whoever joins, or just brig them straigth to whichever email is still on date. Thanks!

When a student purchase a course Stripe send a reciept, but that doesn't include VAT. I have had long discussions with Stripe and NZ support and according to Stripe they are able to put it in if NZ activate it. This would be highly appriciated and then we could resend it if needed (which is not possible with the reciept located in the students account in NZ).

This will add the posibility to segment properly according to our leads actions, as well as to allow to verify regitrations, and so on. This will elevate in an very easy way zenler properties to make automations and segmentations.

Can we please have A/B split testing for sales/landing pages?
