Simple Password Reset Procedure:

By far the biggest frustration with my many students is when they try to reset a password. They simply cannot understand the concept of "copy and paste this link into browser"
Every other site uses a simple "enter your email and request a reset"
Then they can click a reset link from their inbox. Very quick and effective.
Please consider revamping this procedure.

Yes, and right now admins cannot see if a user even has a password (this is particularly confusing if we import students from another site to Zenler). If I set a password for the client and it successfully updates, the password field shows as blank again, as if the student/clients still has no password. This should be fixed. In addition, admins should also be able to send a "reset password" link to students. It's a nice customer service backup layer.

Yessss. I hope this gets addressed ASAP. And look how many upvotes this one has received in less than a month!!

Yes, and the worst part is students who already have a newzenler account. When they're not logged into their account and want to purchase a new course, they have to log in to the newzenler platform, and then their password doesn't work. They ask for a reset, and then they can't create a new password.
This poses a big risk of losing customers because some write to me and struggle. But many give up, thinking, "This wasn't meant to be for me."

Yes, pleeeze! And also make the discreet little link Forgot your password? bigger and bolder, now people hardly see it. Haven’t been able to change that myself.
