I dont understand why the emails inside of an automation, even when set up as a specific date, are sent to people joining the funnel, when the date has already passed.
I.e. If I have an automation for suscribers to heat them before a webinar, it makes no sense to me that if someone joins the funnel one day before the webinar, they recieve lets say 7 previous emails, sent in the 2 weeks prior, all at once. So I have to be manually setting into draft the emails when the date has passed to avoid it (so not very automated then)
I think there should be an automatic option asking if I would like the already sent emails of the funnel be sent to whoever joins, or just brig them straigth to whichever email is still on date.

I have to agree that it fails the point of "automation" If you need to go there and disable the step when the schedule has passed and you want to avoid it sending unnecessary emails.
Its a waste of resources and bad image for everybody.

This is a feature bug that makes it impossible for me to use the new Zenler automations

Agreed! This happened to me when I signed up for a Zenler webinar and I was so confused when I received multiple emails. I then realised the webinar had already taken place!
