I want to be able to see which links someone has clicked on in my newsletters because they can contain several different ones. Now I can only see if the person has clicked, but not on what which is pretty useless.

Currently, there is no option to bulk unsubscribe users from an email list. It is important to keep email lists clean of bounced, invalid or inactive subscribers, to avoid getting a spam reputation. A bulk action will make this viable instead of doing the unsubs person by person.

I have a medium size email list (~4500 for one business) and wanted to apply granular unsubscribe to those potential customers so that they were less likely to fully unsubscribe. I created the following lists "All Contacts" "Monthly" "Weekly" "Events" and "Sales/ Discounts", so that folks can have better control about the frequency with which they are contacted. Taking my current contacts within Zenler and adding them to this list involved manually checking a box at the top of the page for just 15 email subscribers at a time -- 317 times total. It took me a half hour to do this task that would have taken 3 minutes on Mailchimp.

When writing emails and wanting to add pictures, I only get access to the files on my device and not to the Media Library already in Zenler. I would love the option to be able to access both and not have to open an additional tab on my computer if I want to add the link to a file from the media library.

Fix bugs in adding images to email broadcasts. I serve visual artists, my emails have to look nice. I have had SO MANY issues with adding images. They will be fine in testing, but then not show up when sent. It shows up with a big empty square with a "?" inside of it so they KNOW it's screwed up. Adding a button and trying to get it centered is almost impossible. Trying to make funnel or automation emails look branded? Almost impossible.

Better Option to Filter Dead List. Like an option to separate people by Email NOt Opened Any or All. Any/All l options are available while we filter by courses enrolled. Iy would be a great addition to add it to the email not opened so we get to know all the cold leads who have never opened our email and will definitely help to take our open are higher

Currently, the automatic address footer ({{company_address}}) in system emails forces a strict US/UK structure: Street Name + Number, City, State, Postal Code. In Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH), this format is completely incorrect and fails local standards (such as DIN 5008). The postal code must be placed strictly before the city, and "State" is not used in standard European mailing addresses. Because Zenler forces the global structure, our clients send out emails with broken footers that look unprofessional and raise spam concerns. Request: Please update the system so that the address block automatically adjusts to the correct European/DACH format when a client is located in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Alternatively, give us individual placeholders for each field (e.g., {{company_zip}}, {{company_city}}) so we can arrange the order manually in the Site -> Language -> System Mails editor. This is a crucial compliance and trust factor for all European users. Thank you!

Right now, automated emails have two different font sizes: one for the default text and one (larger) for the personalization/tags. Nothing I've tried has fixed this. It looks very unprofessional and not personalized at all. Please make it so that the font size is the same across these texts/fields in all emails sent from the site.

Please make a way to create visual automations in email features to allow mapping of student/lead experiences. Something like what’s available in most email marketing platforms, rather than invisible funnels and connect the “dots”, some of which can only be done with third party help right now.

When I go to "All Contacts" > "Advanced Filter" > there is no option for "Subscribed" or general unsubscribed (only "Unsubscribed from"). This needs to be an option to do basic marketing tasks.
