Improved Contact List Sorting (more than 15 Contacts per page and need ability to "Select all contacts"
Dr. Ariele
I have a medium size email list (~4500 for one business) and wanted to apply granular unsubscribe to those potential customers so that they were less likely to fully unsubscribe.
I created the following lists "All Contacts" "Monthly" "Weekly" "Events" and "Sales/ Discounts", so that folks can have better control about the frequency with which they are contacted.
Taking my current contacts within Zenler and adding them to this list involved manually checking a box at the top of the page for just 15 email subscribers at a time -- 317 times total. It took me a half hour to do this task that would have taken 3 minutes on Mailchimp.

It turns out that on the very first page of my contacts list there WAS an option to select all. However, it was not obvious (very small, purple text) and disappeared after the first page.
Secondly, and sadly, tagging and sorting my list in this way did absolutely nothing in terms of allowing my customers more control over which emails they receive. The "granular unsubscribe" only offers unsubscribe control over distinct email lists. I was trying to maintain one central list, with granular options as above.

When you select the checkbox to select the 15, in the middle of the page you'll see select all. Just below the blue button in this pic.

Trish Hyatt this only appears briefly after selecting 15 then not if you select more. see the loom video.

Dr. Ariele if you're wanting to select them all, then just click beside the word name to select the first 15.
Then click, where it says select all in the middle of the page.
It will select all, and probably tell you how many that is so you can confirm it's the total amount.

Trish Hyatt that option should continue to exist beyond selecting 15.

Dr. Ariele Agreed, but you don't need it beyond the first page if you've used it there :)
