When you want to go back to the previous page in the app, you automatically click your back button on your mobile, but then you get a warning sign in the app asking if you are safe. If you press yes, you will go all the way back to the main menu, instead of a step back, to the menu of the course you are on. Please, let the “normal” back button in the mobile work, so that you will take a step back, without any warning sign. It's hard to remember to click on Zenler's back arrow, which sits at the top left corner. It's not a common place for a back button. It would also have been good to (when you click back) end up on the same module as the lesson you're on, because now when you click back you end up at the top of the course and you get to scroll down to find where you were. If the course contains a hundred lessons, it will be a lot of scrolling if you just want to take a step back. Most news sites and social media work so that you read an article and if you click back, you end up right where you were and can click on the next news article in the feed. It would be amazing if Zenler's side worked that way.

I would love to have a percentage bar, that shows how much of the course the student has done. (Maybe this will be included in the gamification feature, which I hope will be launched soon! Can't wait!)

tracking how many times a link is clicked in an email broadcast is not as useful as knowing which links were clicked.

A few of our students recently experienced a glitch where there end said a lesson/quiz had been completed but our end said it hadn’t. The ability for site admins to reset a lesson would enable us to rectify this quickly rather than raising it with support.

Any sign-up for a free course or lead magnet would first get an email with a verification link, and only upon clicking this link the email would be verified and have access to a free course or lead magnet. This is not legally required but it helps filter out fake email addresses. And since many folks are convinced that it's required by GDPR, it adds seriousness to our site.

The email editor in marketing funnel automations is very basic. It doesn't get edited properly. Please update , atleast something similar to to the editor in email broadcasts.

Dripping content based on completion of the previous lesson. A student benefits from knowing 1. the admin is paying attention 2. The student is encouraged and acknowledged after lesson completion 3. students receive relevant and timely emails based on their interaction. In our course dripping content after 7 days etc the student is receiving email for lessons later they are not close to. And yes we have a quiz at the end of each lesson. This feature is a must and obvious feature for high interactive engagement in a true funnel automation for courses. Get er done!!!! AND a bigger better version of this is they get dripped the next lesson and new email after the previous lesson is completed vs. only having the option to drip the lesson at random times that take no consideration for the pace each student takes - it is all mismatched and loses the personal touch. NURTURE NURTURE NURTURE based on real life scenarios - not one shoe fits all. ;-).

Other apps send a notification when there are changes made in the app, to tell the users to upgrade the app. I have a Samsung (I don't know if it matters), but there is no "update-button", so when Zenler has done an update I have to uninstall the app and then install it to make the new functions work. There should be a notification in the app, and possibility to update the app easily. I can't ask my student to uninstall the app and log in again.

Assignment comments should be tied to the assignment, like commenting on a blog post. The comments should not traverse every assignment in a course, like a community feed. This makes it very confusing for students who have to scroll through old comments on every assignment to see if there is new information. And makes for poor interaction as they are trying to find their assignments as it clutters the page.

The ability to pause subscription payments is possible with Stripe, and was available to members when I ran my membership on another software system.
