Feature Requests

By far the biggest frustration with my many students is when they try to reset a password. They simply cannot understand the concept of "copy and paste this link into browser" Every other site uses a simple "enter your email and request a reset" Then they can click a reset link from their inbox. Very quick and effective. Please consider revamping this procedure.

Add a tag to a student that unsubscripes a course. For follow up automation we need to understand who is leveaing a course.

Hello I was happy to see that notifications when someone posts in the discussion or community section are working again! Thank you! However, I understand that this isn't working for students: they don't receive an email when someone replies to them. I would like this feature, which was present when I first joined Zenler, to be available again. Please let me know if this is planned, or if my request is indeed a valid one.

Currently you can add an image and a video (and a gif) to a post, but I have a need for adding a file as well. My student ask each other for feedback and they need to be able to upload the file they want feedback on.

I would really like to have an all in one sign-up form. I mean, to combine subscribe-form and sign-up form in just one time filling in name, email, password etc? So that I can choose these actions: 1) create an account 2) add to a mailinglist 3) get tags 4) go to funnel 5) go to a link

As is, the "Add your review now" button in the dynamic review block (the only way to add a review as far as I know!) is not particularly obvious. I would like it to stand out much more, and for a second "Add a review" area to exist at the bottom of the block. Removing any and all barriers to students being able to write reviews is extremely helpful! Another option is to simply create an "Add a Review" dynamic block that exists separately from the review block. After all, currently enrolled students are the only ones who CAN leave a review, and they do not need to see other peoples reviews, as they are already in the program.

Related to : https://feedback.zenler.com/feature-requests/p/set-blog-dates Currently if we edit a blog post (for example, fix a typo or a link), it changes the "date" and moves that blog post up to the top, both publicly and on the admin side. This makes the blog posts appear out of order of when they were composed and is not standard.

Currently there is no immediate help how to interpret the forms and text or how I'm suppose to use each page. All references are the the tutorial site or YT, which is a huge area. I would appriciate a button with help/explanations for each side with helptext or at least a pointer on where to find more info. Video is great for learning new things but sometimes you just want to get an answer to a simple questions and then video is too time consuming.

At the moment, when adding a URL to a page or blog post, we also have to highlight it, click "link" and add the URL to make it clickable. This is not the current standard. For example, if I put a URL inside of an email in Gmail, it is automatically clickable. This would save creators meaningful time, while being a relatively quick fix on the Zenler development side. (I realize this may be coming down the pipeline with the new page builder but still wanted to add the request since it could perhaps be implemented sooner.)
