When promoting a Live session to an international audience, the registration box currently shows only the event time set by the course creator. This causes unnecessary confusion for customers in different time zones. If they do not immediately see the event time in their own local time, some hesitate to register or assume the session is not relevant to them. I would like Zenler to improve the Live registration box in three ways: Automatically display the Live event time in the visitor’s local timezone. Ideally, Zenler would detect the visitor’s timezone and show the corresponding local date and time. Allow creators to edit the text currently shown as “Select date and time”. When there is only one Live session available, there is nothing for the customer to select, so this wording is confusing and unnecessary. I would like to be able to replace it with custom text such as “Your local event time” or “Live session time”. Allow additional explanatory text inside or directly beside the dynamic date/time box. For example: “The time below is equalivalent to 8pm ET.” For creators selling internationally, this would remove friction at a critical point in the registration process and make Live event landing pages much clearer. The key requirement is that customers should be able to understand immediately when the Live event takes place in their own timezone , without having to calculate the conversion themselves. Even if stated in the email or landing page. They get totally confused when they enter the signup page and see a time irrelevant to them.

We love using Zenler Pro for our webinars and would like to request a feature that would greatly improve webinar analysis. Could you please add a detailed attendance report showing: Join and leave time for each attendee Total attendance duration (minutes or % watched) Ability to identify attendees who stayed until the end This feature would help us: Identify our most engaged attendees (warm leads) Send personalized follow-up emails based on attendance Measure webinar engagement and improve future sessions Increase conversions from free webinars to paid courses This enhancement would add tremendous value for training providers and educators using Zenler. I am just back to Zenler after about 4 years and quite frankly, I find it a little weird that your live teaching sessions are on Facebook. There are lots of people that do not have accounts there, myself included. Can you not host those sessions on Zenler? Thanks.

We are hitting a major roadblock when it comes to localizing Live Webinar pages for the German-speaking (DACH) market. Currently, the default system elements inside the Live Webinar blocks (such as dates, time zones, and countdown labels like "Days, Hours, Minutes") are hardcoded in English and cannot be translated or changed within the page builder. Having English text mixed into a German registration page looks highly unprofessional and hurts conversion rates significantly. Feature Request: Please make the text elements, date formats, and countdown labels (Days -> Tage, Hours -> Stunden, etc.) inside the Live Webinar blocks fully editable, or allow us to translate them globally via the Site -> Language settings. As the DACH market is growing rapidly, full localization is essential for professional use. Thank you for considering this!

I just recently had my first interacitve webiinar, and there was something that really surprised me. In Zenler Zoom, when I shut the camera off it looks like it's just a black screen with my name on it. Great. BUT on the recording it's not just a black background with my name on it. Oh no. There's a randomly chosen screenshot of me, and that is shown instead of a black background with my name on it. This is horrible! If I can't choose my own picture in Zenler Zoom, then please let it be the black screen with my name on it. Now I can't shut the camera off at any point. And my assistant can't shut her camera off. Please fix this feature as soon as possible. Please. Kind Regards, Sandra

Right now the Zenler webinar template pages include many dynamic elements that cannot be edited to match our brand design. Those dynamic blocks contact the dynamic Zenler registration button, that creates a unique registration link for each registrant. Right now we are not able to create our own Zenler webinar registration page and add AS AN ELEMENT the registration button with registration functions UNLESS we use the Zenler templated blocks with dynamic text that looks terrible. Please set up the registration button as a feature that we can drag and drop wherever we want.

At the moment, bookings for different session types have to be manually added to the calendar. This creates a problem if I want to offer multiple types of sessions at the same time (e.g. a Memory Recode at 9am or a Brainstorming Session at 9am). Currently, I have to list both separately, but if one gets booked the other doesn’t automatically block out. This can lead to double-bookings or makes it harder for clients to see what’s actually available. A more flexible option would be to: Allow coaches to set their available hours first (e.g. Monday 9–12). Then let the system automatically offer any type of session within those hours. When a client books one session type, it automatically blocks the same slot for all other session types. This would make the booking system much smoother, reduce admin, and avoid the risk of clashes or missed opportunities for clients.

I run frequent live classes. When I hit "Clone", the following does not copy and needs to be manually added, even though everything else is the brought over: Pricing Duration Visibility (public, secret, private) Automated Cloud Recording SEO settings (please see other feedback I issued about how SEO defaults should be set to off for non-public pages like Thank you, Replay, Waiting Page, etc. )

Currently when someone register for a live of any sort it just says Name. If they put both, then that goes in as first name and I end up with First Last, Last instead of First, Last in the backend so emails now go out to them by their whole name instead of first.

Some of my classes are regular classes that run every week and have no particular end date. It would be useful to have a setting that just keeps arranging the class over and over, without having to add a schedule.
