Avoid Double-Booking with Unified Availability
Tara
At the moment, bookings for different session types have to be manually added to the calendar. This creates a problem if I want to offer multiple types of sessions at the same time (e.g. a Memory Recode at 9am or a Brainstorming Session at 9am).
Currently, I have to list both separately, but if one gets booked the other doesn’t automatically block out. This can lead to double-bookings or makes it harder for clients to see what’s actually available.
A more flexible option would be to:
Allow coaches to set their available hours first (e.g. Monday 9–12).
Then let the system automatically offer any type of session within those hours.
When a client books one session type, it automatically blocks the same slot for all other session types.
This would make the booking system much smoother, reduce admin, and avoid the risk of clashes or missed opportunities for clients.

I've been hoping for this since the Live & 1:1 Booking calendars were released.
I would love this feature & the option for the bookings to be able to "check" outside calendar integrations for conflicts as well - similar to what you find in Acuity, Calendly, even Google appointments. Right now the Bookings isn't something that I can really use due to how I have to manage it.
