Need Ability to Unenroll Students without immediately cutting off membership

It is not easy for students to find and manage their memberships / subscriptions. When needing to cancel, they often email me to do it manually.
When I do, it cuts them off immediately from all membership access even though they often recently paid for the next 30 days.
In addition to making the profile / billing pages more user friendly (see: https://feedback.zenler.com/feature-requests/p/cancel-subscription-button-with-offer ), please make "Unenroll" have the option for students to still access what they already paid for.

It is a huge problem. I don't think I ever had a student who knew how to unsubscribe. They either email/message or cancel their card.

The new Stripe integration probably solves this once it's shipped...

If you cancel their subscription on the payment processor, at least Stripe, it usually says immediately or the end of the billing period.
But I agree it's not easy for members to figure out how to do it.

Trish Hyatt I agree, it is an optio however it would be great if we could manage it in one place without going in and out of stripe or paypal.

Anna exactly this. A simple improvement from Zenler's side will increase customer trust with businesses run on Zenler and will save Zenler's creators time.
