Cancel Subscription Button + with offer

It is not easy to find where to cancel the membership. I am getting a lot of requests to do it manually because they can't find how to do it online. This should also be available via APP. Could we add an option for a button to cancel, which we can display on their access page? Is it possible to have an option to lower the price as they are trying to cancel? E.g. get 50% discount for the next 3 months...

Legislation coming in September means it must be as easy to cancel as it was to purchase. Personally I don't think its difficult to find, but I agree that students seem to struggle! I currently have included an FAQ section at the bottom of the courses access page, plus have included cancellation details in welcome and reminder emails, but a button at the top of the access page would make it even simpler.
