Right now there is no feature to have a checkbox at signup or checkout for students to agree to terms and conditions. Having this adds a necessary layer of consent.

Yes! I need this too. In The Netherlands it is not legally valid to not have the people check the checkbox themselves so I will have to start working on a workaround as well.

In 2022, I mentioned this. They said they would fix this ASAP because it's so urgent. I moved to another payment platform because of this. Frustrating to see that they still haven't fixed it.

Vivian I know. It seems like such an easy fix, I don't really understand why or how it hasn't happened yet. It doesn't make any sense.

100% need this! I have to add a pop up before they reach the checkout for them to give explicit consent. It creates unnecessary friction and lost sales
