Now I set up my blog so that some articles are visible without logging in, and some only after logging in, and then they are not visible at all until someone logs in. That is why I really miss and would like the blog to have a functionality that would allow me to set a fragment of an entry to always be visible without logging in, with information that you can read the entire article after logging in or as part of a subscription.

Hi Mag, I wonder if you would be best off using something like Substack? Here's what I would do in your situation: publish the first paragraph or two of a blog post to my Zenler site. Then at the bottom of the "blog preview" on Zenler, link to a Substack (where the entire blog post is visible, but for a subscription / member price) and say "Read the whole article on my Substack, where you can also support my writing." Make sense?
This is a worthy request to make from Zenler, but may not be one that many people need and therefore it may not get prioritized on a satisfactory time line for your business. (I don't have any insider knowledge or clairvoyance, just speaking to you business to business.)
For most small businesses -- outside of writers -- blog posts
should
be made entirely visible for SEO purposes, from what I understand.Mag
Dr. Ariele I will check how it works. But If articles are only available to registered users, those who are not registered will not see anything. A preview of, for example, 300-500 characters is an ideal solution for positioning and increasing interest in registering to read more. I once had a large portal, and it worked very well. all the largest portals use this tactic, so it's important even if not everyone knows about it. But, of course, thank you very much.
