Possiblity to archive courses, webinars and funnels
Monica
The page with the courses will over time get full of old courses, it would be nice to be able to "hide" the courses that currently is not active. The same is for the webinars and the funnels, but in this case it is more that when you use a button or other function with "Add to...." you get the full list of all funnel I ever have created or all webinars that I have. I would appriciate the possiblity to mark not relevant items as "archived" or similar and then they would not be visible in the dropdown lists.

Having a way to disable funnels without having to go and change the url would be nice. And when the funnel is disabled, the system could show a page that would display something like "This offer is no longer available" instead of a 404.

Yes it would be nice to be able to archive and not have them show up on the Add to list.
And have the add to list be alphabetical.

Hi Monica, are you asking for the administrative side? For the customer facing side, simply unpublish old courses. What I do currently on the admin side is I re-order the courses so new ones that I am actively promoting or working on show up on page one for me, even if I have 4 pages of courses.
Monica
Dr. Ariele I mean for the site as such. When a user browse to the site all courses and webinars are loaded inte back (regardless of if they are active or past occurances. This makes the page slow. In order to speed up the page speed for the site we currently need to delete old items and that mean that we lose history about the participants.
Dr. Ariele
Monica If I understand correctly, you are speaking about courses with a live component and past live webinars. You can "Unpublish" those courses as well, and it will accomplish the same thing for the public who is browsing your site. Those will no longer load publicly. But anyone who paid for access to them will continue to have access. If this answer is still not sufficient, will you put the link to the page in question below and I'll check the loading speed? Thank you!
Monica
Dr. Ariele Please read my text again. This is about loading time for the site as such. I have about 30 past courses (and they are unpublished) but they still load when you enter the site. The load in the background are for all courses ever existing with or without webainr components. All courses are loaded when entering the site, but only the current ones are visible. The loading time got better when I deleted my courses from 2021 and 2022. By loading all these courses the site is getting unnessecary slow. But thankyou anyway.

Monica it is still unclear to me whether you are speaking of 1. the site while logged in as admin, 2. the site while logged in as an active student, or 3. Your site while viewed by a non-logged in member of the general public.
In addition, Zenler would need to know which page is loading slowly. Is it due to the use of the dynamic course block?
If the courses are unpublished, what steps did you take to determine that the unpublished courses are loading in the background?
(For what it’s worth, both my personal admin site courses list page and my public site with a dynamic courses block are loading fairly quickly).
Please test the your site’s speed load at https://pagespeed.web.dev/
That will give you an objective measure.
Then consider loading your page using different browsers, different devices and different wifi networks.
If you have ruled out that none of those are contributing to slow loading speed, you can also reach out to support@zenler.com
