Please make all 1-1 Booking texts translatable
Anders
Please make all system-generated text on 1-1 Booking pages translatable through the Language settings.
I run a Swedish-language site, but several texts on the 1-1 Booking pages are hard-coded in English and cannot currently be translated.
One example is the confirmation page displayed after a student has successfully booked a session. The default heading is:
“You have successfully booked your spot”
Interestingly, this text can be edited directly in the Page Builder. I can change it to Swedish, save the page, and the Swedish text remains visible in the builder. However, the actual confirmation page still displays the original English text.
Zenler Support has confirmed that there currently is no option to translate these specific strings and recommended submitting a feature request.
This is not only about one heading. There are other system-generated texts in the 1-1 Booking flow that also remain in English, for example “Live Class Join URL” and “Go”.
For those of us running sites in languages other than English, this creates an inconsistent and unprofessional user experience: a student can go through an entirely Swedish purchase and booking process and suddenly encounter English system text on the final confirmation page.
Please make all user-facing text in the 1-1 Booking flow available in Site → Language, including confirmation pages and other system-generated booking texts.
If a text can be edited in the Page Builder, the live page should of course also use that edited text.
This should apply to any language a site owner wants/needs to use.
