I very much agree with that, my clients have problems when it comes to unsubscribing because it's not intuitive at all

For folks reading and hopefully upvoting this, In the meanwhile, you can make a page with a short Loom video on it (or simply a Loom video with link) showing students how to cancel their own subscriptions. You can send that to students who email you, or have it somewhere in their membership "FAQ/How To" pages where it is more obvious. Or email them the steps. Click on Account >> Billing on left hand side menu >> Subscriptions (Different tab)
