Auto emails to communicate/remind customers of anything related to their membership/subscription. Top of my list is a set of reminders for annual renewals.

Brooke Thanks for your comment and I'm sorry I'm so late on replying. I can see using the course/bundle automation for the first year. But then, how do you set up let's say, 2-3 reminders for when is renewal time every year?

Cris It's a good question and maybe someone has a better suggestion -- I was thinking of just duplicating the email and setting it to annual intervals (which is a pain in the neck so I'm hoping there's a better way)
