I need to have the ability to turn off the transcribing feature in my live zoom meetings

I have reached out to technical support several times for help in turning off the transcribing feature. Their response is that this cannot be done. This is a concern as I am an intrinsic health and trauma recovery coach and am committed to maintaining confidentiality. Maybe there is a misunderstanding, this is new and I will need to leave NZ Zoom if this cannot be resolved. I have been hosting zoom meetings on NZ for a year, this has only been happening for the past few months, sporadically.

You could integrate your own zoom into Zenler and that would solve it. Zenler zoom settings are arranged at the top level and cannot be individualized. You could also just turn off the cloud recording (and if you need a recording only have it be onto your device)
