I would like to submit a feature request regarding the
Email Broadcast system and Email Builder
. While Zenler offers strong all-in-one functionality, the current email experience feels less intuitive and flexible compared to dedicated email platforms such as MailerLite or Kit.
1. Email Builder Usability
* More modern drag-and-drop editing experience
* Improved layout flexibility (spacing, columns, image/text combinations)
* Better mobile responsiveness
* Additional professional templates and design options
* Easier creation of visually engaging emails without custom HTML
2. Segmentation & Audience Management
* Simpler and more visual segmentation workflow
* Easier tag filtering and saved segments
* Clear audience preview before sending broadcasts
3. Broadcast Workflow
* Streamlined sending process (recipients → design → review → send)
* Improved scheduling and preview options
* Easier duplication of previous campaigns
4. Analytics & Optimization
* More actionable reporting (link performance, engagement-based segments, campaign comparison)
Improving these areas would significantly enhance usability, reduce reliance on external email tools, and strengthen Zenler’s position as a complete platform.
