Changes to Instructors Access Levels
MENDS
As I have multiple Facilitators/Instructors, I would like it so the instructors are not able to see sales pages or to be able to edit content. This is extremely risky that they can edit the course curriculum. I'm finding my facilitators/instructors find it confusing seeing the course in an editable mode so ideally instructors should only be able to view the course as a student does. This way I can have multiple facilitators delivering my course/s. Also, the instructors still need to have the ability to start the live sessions and run them. Can this please be reviewed as a matter of priority?

I would like to expand on this in terms of roles, so that the new role views the course the same way as a student does, but also that they only see their own students and not all students. This could be filtered via cohorts or bundles or tags, but ideally so they can see their own students progress, but not other instructors students, so that we are data compliant.

It would be good if a few more people could vote on this, I know I'm not the only person with these serious concerns. I'm also aware of other people requesting the same thing.

This is a serious problem for us too!
We need the instructors to be able to start live lessons, but this means it's inevitable to give them admin access. But this is a massive pain.

Yes! I think having two separate roles - one for course creator (or editor/admin/designer/lead - not sure on the name) and one for instructor. There is no reason why an instructor should have edit access - they just need to be able to interact with students and see the students' progress.

Totally agree! Please make this changes
