Bundles show as course under "my courses"
complete
Brooke
Currently, a student may purchase a bundle, but under their log-in / "My Courses", this instead shows as all of the individual components/courses of the bundle.
This is confusing to the student since it doesn't look like what they purchased (ie name of the bundle) and makes for a clunky experience as well.
Would like to see bundles listed as courses under "my courses" instead.

Rakesh Vallil I see the bundle listed in my test student My Courses page but I also still see all the courses that are in the bundle still also listed in the My Courses page. So although it's great that the bundle is showing there, really the benefit would have been to remove the clutter of all the courses. The the student would just click the bundle in the My Courses page and go straight to the Bundle Course access page. Am I missing something?

Jo: Purposefully done as from student POV they will miss it. its a standard approach used
Jo
Rakesh VallilI honestly would think most of your customers that asked for this change will not be thrilled with the way it's been done as it doesn't really do what we'd asked for. Honestly doesn't really change anything for my students other than add another course button to an already busy page.
Understand students might be confused to start with but that is simply a matter of communicating the change to them.

Rakesh Vallil I have to agree with Jo here. Not being able to sort the courses the way I want (or maybe the student wants), my bundle access which is actually my membership is completely lost in the middle of a bunch of courses. It has no purpose being there if I cannot even bring it to the top of the list, at least. I also use Zenler to sell my in-person dance classes and that, mixed with single courses and the content of the membership/bundle, is very confusing for the students who have access to all.

Cris Looks like we have two streams of users needing two different options. May be an option is needed to toggle on and off this feature based on use case.

Rakesh Vallil I was so excited to see this complete, went in to change from a courses dynamic block to a bundles dynamic block and then was incredibly confused. I'm in the stream of users with Cris and Jo unfortunately. My students talk about feeling overwhelmed when they log in and see everything under my courses. A dynamic My Bundles block would make it a more friendly user experience with less overwhelm.

Rakesh Vallil I have to agree with Jo Cris and Tracey the purpose of this request was to make it easier, organizable, and less cluttered.

I use bundles as a membership and would love to not have all the course mixed up on a page.
I have a specific roadmap for my students to follow so would love it to be more membership than just tons of single courses please

This is one of the features I'm most anxious for. We need to be able to organize the display and arrangement of our courses for sure. The bundles need to be able to bundle together and appear as a single course and within that bundle the courses must be able to be arranged in a certain order.

I spent hours designing bundle access page to and preview it as a student to realise that students never get to see the bundle access page because they just get a bunch of separate courses thrown at them. It needs to come with a warning somewhere. Also, our bundle courses must be completed in a certain order and we can't achieve that wih the current structure.

To add to this I would say that having the ability to sort the courses in the "My courses" list would be useful. Right now there´s no way of sorting it's just based on when the course first was published.
I also second that there needs to be a way to display a bundle instead of separate courses, so that it becomes clear for the customer where the Bundle content is. More importantly, displaying only the Bundle gives you the ability to design the "Home screen" of that Bundle to direct attention to the right part of the Bundle/Membership.

I'd love to see 2 separate dynamic blocks - one for "my courses" and one for "my bundles" - then we could choose which one(s) to display. And having the option to rename "bundle" in the Language section would be a huge plus, too.
Tracey
Yes this would be great, the order that it shows courses under My Courses is so confusing and always shows the priority START HERE type course last! If we had a My Bundles dynamic block it would organise everything in a way that made sense to the student and save me having to create orientation videos!
Caroline
This would be lovely to do as CATEGORIES FOR COURSES. I know I asked this in a ZenZone but I got it to be only for blogs. SO it dosen´t work like that. OT would be great to have the option to choose a coruse series in a Bundle or separate course. Both of them would be searchable under categories such as health, parentship, self-leadership etc. Just examples.
Please let me know if I missunderstood the blog function and this already works :) Thanks guys! :)

I would prefer to have flexibility on this, so make it a setting if a bundle should be listed as a course or not. In general it would be beneficial to be able to sort the my courses section. Both by default, and let users sort themselves
