I wish zenler would spend as much time on decent support as they do on producing video tuition

I too am so disappointed with Zenler's support. I recently set up a marketing funnel to a quiz, sent out over 200 emails pointing to a new course via the funnel but the quiz doesn't work, so from those who attempted the quiz, nobody has enrolled for the course. Why would they it their first cocntact with zenler is naff? Lost opportunities for me.
