In the quiz, I have to handle every translation one by one, as there is no translation for quizzes in the main language menu. Please, please, please, add the words in the quizzes in the language menu.

I changed the "Start", "next" etc in every quiz (the third image) Now I found out it's possible to change the other words (image 1+2)

I have more than a thousand quizzes. It feels overwhelming to change all these words in all the quizzes.
