Our requirement is to be able to add explanations for each answer while creating the quiz, so that when a learner submits the quiz and reviews their responses, they can see:

The correct answer

An explanation of why the answer is correct

Additional clarification or rationale, where applicable

At present, we are unable to find an option to add or display answer explanations during quiz review. We believe answer explanations are extremely valuable for learning-focused assessments, as they help learners understand the reasoning behind the correct answer and learn from their mistakes rather than simply seeing whether an answer was right or wrong.
