"100% satisfaction guaranteed" not removable

The "100% satisfaction guaranteed" badge used to be separate and removable at checkout but is now included with the credit cards accepted. It's no longer optional for us to use.
Of course I want my students to be satisfied, but as we know it's impossible to please 100% of people. The 100% guarantee icon contradicts my terms and conditions and policies, so this could be confusing for students and challenging to defend in the case of chargebacks. Especially for higher ticket offers.
I've already sent a request to support but wanted to put it here too.

I agree. For my courses, I have removed the 30-day money-back guarantee, but I could not remove this logo.

I have contacted support and they confirmed that it can't be removed nor translated to other languages. My sites are in German and Spanish and unfortunately it doesn't look professional to have slogans in a different language at check-out.
