Feature Requests

As I have courses in 2 languages, I'd need to change the language and the required info on the checkout page. The reasons are several: - When I sell courses in Italian to Italians, for the Italian law, I need to request the CODICE FISCALE to be able to issue the invoice, and it is mandatory by law. I cannot add this right now. Some customers may not speak English or understand how to pay, which means they'll not buy I sell courses in English too, so I need the possibility of having the checkout page also in English, and I cannot change the site into the Italian language. Unfortunately, if this is not resolved, I must drop Zenler. I wonder if a temporary solution could be having 2 accounts, one for the courses in Italian and one for the courses in English. But I cannot afford to pay twice. Thank you!!! Laura

The option to make bulk changes to lessons such as "Enable Discussion" would be great. You could "Select All" and enable or disable comments for an entire course or section.

Add time tracking for each training module in order to meet Qualiopi requirements for e-learning training

Currently instructors and administrators can see if a student completed a course, but are not able to see or download certificates of completion to retain on file. I am requesting that Admin and instructors should have the ability to download certificates of course completion. This is important for continuing education providers, including medical, fitness, yoga, and all sorts of safety certifications that may be hosted on the Zenler platform.

Make it possible to re-order categories. As it is now, they're not alphabetized, AND they show up in reverse order on the /courses page vs how they're listed on the admin side. I have to delete all categories and re-do each one every time a new category is added.

Something I struggle with Zenler is the translations as I offer my courses in Portuguese from Brazil. There are tiny things that can't be translated, like in the community for example. At the moment I would like to ask for the possibility to translate the date generated in the certificate. If it's not there, it seems that something is missing, and leaving it in English is a bit awkward.

Currently this compulsory setting is pointless. If the video is started the student can immediately advance to the next lesson. There is no accountability built in as per the compulsory check box that leads you to believe it is "compulsory." The video should require a minimum watch 90+% and then move on.

Currently, the My Courses block displays courses in the order of enrollment, with the first enrolled course at the bottom and latest enrolled course at the top of the page. It would be great to have the option to reverse this order, so that the first enrolled course is at the top of the page, and the most recently enrolled one is at the bottom. The reason this would be helpful is that the system automatically enrolls students in a bundle in the order the courses are listed in the bundle (so, the course that is first in the bundle order is enrolled in first, and therefore displayed last in My Courses). This means that the My Courses block displays the courses in the reverse order from the Bundle Courses block. As course creators, we set the Bundle Course order intentionally so that users will see the courses in their dashboard listed in a certain order. We need that order to be consistent in the My Courses block as well. Even better: Sort the courses in My Courses by each Bundle: that is, have a heading that is the Bundle Name, and then list the course cards (in the order they are listed in the Bundle) underneath the Bundle Name heading. Then do the same for the next bundle. Then have a heading for Standalone Courses (make sure this is an editable heading) with non-bundled courses at the bottom. (This would need to display hidden bundles that users have enrolled in - I currently have to make my bundles secret because I don't want users to see the bundle listed under courses). This could be a new dynamic block, so that people have the option of using the current setup or the bundle-grouping version.
